This company has billed me more then they initially told me I would be billed. I am paying more now for phone service and I have no service. I was told it would be a seamless transition and my phones did not work for 4 days. My lines continue to drop and in the last 2 days dropped calls 22 times. My customers are mad. I still do not have all my cell phones and Sprint is not comprable to Nextel, which I was told would be.
I wrote a letter to the CEO/Chairman and did get some response but it is 4 weeks later and I am still having problems and have had to pay phone bills far exceeding my normal monthly charges. It has been the most frustrating situation and I would not want another small business to go through what our business has. My next step is a lawsuit. If you are having problems like I am please take action so no one else has to go through this.
