We were promised a reduction in costs as we grew. Our cell phones were supposed to be here in 10- 14 days from 3/19 and we still do not have them. When I inquired about adding additional cell phones I found out that each one will cost more than the total bill for the previous 6 cell phones.
My total savings from Norvergence after adding 2 cell phones will actually double my existing bill! This doesn't include countless hours of being on hold with customer service and to numerous to count unreturned calls.
Our Internet is still not operational but the bills still keep coming. We are going to be filing a breach of contract lawsuit and are contacting the local news investigation team, the FCC and the BBB. We urge anyone contemplating doing business with this company to check with others before they do.
