No customer service ripoff

We are a Norvergence customer since all was ok till we moved to a new location and had no response from norvergence in respect to moving our t1 matrix. We had to move it ourselves due to our landlord had the place rented to another company.

Also we were informed that our 16 Nextel phones that they handle would be changed over to Sprint ready connect cell phones.

Well, we received 12 new Sprint phones, short 4, after about 10 calls to them we received 7 more phones, huh?
Then trying to get them activated was a joke because Norvergence had all the esn and ported cell numbers wrong so Sprint had to correct all of them.
I am still waiting for 1 phone to be activated and 1 more phone to arrive.

We have spent all total about a week of time on the phone to Norvergence in the last few weeks.

My matrix is only working with 2 of our 4 outgoing lines.
My T1 is at 450mbps, should be at least 512 as guaranteed.

Bottomline is everytime you call you get no service!!!
