On August 1 signed a contract and was told that it would be a few weeks to start my service and received cell phones and that was all. My phone bill from my
current company keeps coming. This was the only service with DSL to run my business. Norvergence was billing me, the bank was billing me and they would only give me
a customer service number. On February 5 the phone and T1 was installed.
I complained about the double billing and they said that they would mail me a refund check to cover the inactivity on their part. My normal cost was $450.00 phone and DSL and Cell was $108.00 total $558.00. Norvergence proposal is $289.17 to the bank and they would bill $160.98. This did not happen. The bank billed $315.00 and Norvergence billed $209.00. December and January I paid both bills and they have yet to send me a check or any sort of a refund. They have threaten to cut off my service because I was a little late paying both bills.
Do not get caught in this trap of deception.
