My card was suspended because I paid my bill!

I've had my charge card for more than annually 5. My spouse gives my charge card by telephone to make sure that it's settled promptly. Well, at the start of the month their saving to pay for online started to miss. It'dnot consider my spouse's cost. She called customer support instantly. They informed her that she was investing in the incorrect check info. She advised them that there is an issue using their computer missing. The CS representative would not consider the cost without receiving and extra $14 buck... My spouse plumped for going right through pay by telephone again. She was linked, provided the verification quantity and believed the issue was resolved. The cost arrived of our lender about the deadline but we obtained a notice within the email. Our card was stopped due to "dubious cost exercise!" What??? I'm disciplined to make my cost. I named First Initial and stated it'd be studied from the suspension within 24-72 hours. Never occurred! Named again... Same reaction! It's time for you to contact the Greater Organization and also the Attorneygeneral under Consumer-Protection. Exactly what a ripoff! We are spending this card up and returning it. They discover anyhow to rip-off the customer and that I wish they've to cover this fraudalent conduct!!!
