Ripoff, fraudulent activity, non existant customer service

I was working with a Broker to update my credit report and was told by them to get a small credit card. I was told this would help to establish credit worthiness towards financing property. I made a mistake and went with First Premier Bank.

I have a $200.00 credit limit and I entered into this deal with my eyes wide open knowing about their exhorbant fees. I have made every payment before the due date by paying their fee of $7.00 to do a check by phone and check online. I always pay more then the minimum due and in January I even made 2 payments.

They are constantly putting a hold on my card so that we can not utilize it. Their customer service has a different story every time we call and we have even been told that because we make more then the minimum payment every month this constitutes possible fraud as most of their customers only pay the minimum due, so they can hold the account anytime they see fit. Now we have never been late and never had a bounced check.

First Premiers accounting deptartment seems to have rocks in their heads as well. This month online our account shows no payment due however our paper bill shows a minimum of $20.00 due.

Also my wife called them today and they told her that the reason our account keeps getting a hold put on it is that our account keeps going over the credit limit. This is not true and if you do the math on my last payment and subtract $7.00 from my payment for the cost of using the online check and then add my payment to todays account balance the sum is still less then my $200.00 credit limit by like $8.00.

My wife was also told that even after 20 days they still could not be sure that the payment cleared and that they recieved their money. Any company who tries to claim this should not even be in business.

We feel that we are being victimized by a fraudulent company and we have already filed a complaint with one place. As of today I am contacting my attorney and the FTC, Attorney Generals office and whoever else I can find. We are also going to pay this account off and close it.

Grant from Sioux City do not even bother responding to this post I have perfect paymnet history and No I repeat No over the limit charges. Your company needs to get a clue.
