Went in store, to purchase twin xl mattress, the delivery was set up for the 16th, come to fine out myself that the merchandise was not in stock for some reason, so they upgraded to other mattress, and it was to be delivered on the 17th, came to find out again myself, no phone calls from anyone that the mattress they had was damaged, they only had one, did not call me I called them so they made me miss work two days they rescheduled this for Wed the 18th, and had another mattress to be delivered. I called store, they where no help at all, it was just a joke, called customer service they could not guarantee a mattress to be delivered for Wed either. So I cancelled the order was told by customer service they could not do anything for me. What kind of a company is this, you expect people to come in an buy from you and you can not even treat them decision. This company has some bad issues that corportate needs to look into, but you can never talk to anyone in authority with this company, what is to hide, all the complaints and unhappy people something is wrong somewhere.
People need to be aware of this even before stepping inside the store, they our many other mattress stores that will treat you right and would love your business. Beware
