A friend of mine bought a mattress from the company and spent quite a while in the store picking out the mattress. She proceeded to pay for the mattress and they assured her that it was in stock. She was told that it would be delivered the next day. She was fine with this and proceeded on her way. The next day she got the mattress and was so excited. A few days went by and she began to notice that the mattress did not feel like the one she purchased. She looked at the tag on the mattress and they had brought her a different one and no one had said anything! She called the store and they told her that they did not have that mattress in stock and it would be about 2-3 weeks before it came in. They were not going to tell her that the mattress they delivered was a different mattress, but they were sure going to let her keep it. After hearing this story I wanted to let other consumers know that this is the kind of business ethic that this place has. It is ashamed that people can get away with these things. Luckily my friend was able to catch her mistake.
