I bought a dress and had to return it the next day. Although the line was really long (c'mon it was a Sunday...) when it was my turn the man working there let me return it very simply. He asked me what was wrong and when I said I just didn't want it anymore, he was fine with that.
All in all, one of the smoothest returns I've had.
