My name is Leanne. Myself & my boyfriend went through the drivethru in Wilmington, NC Store #337586 and ordered our usual 1 extra large coffee and 1 medium Iced Coffee both with sugar, extra cream and extra sugar and 1 Everything bagel toasted with cream cheese. Our total was $6.38. We got up to the window and were handed a medium coffee which had no creamer in it, a small iced coffee which had not even been mixed. We told the lady that the order was wrong, ans she responded back very rudely toward us. We were then handed our bagel which was burnt, and there was no cream cheese on it. I understand people have bad days, but you DO NOT need to take it out on your customers. Ver upset customers.
