Today, I went to the Dunkin Donuts on Broadway & 55th St in Bayonne. Not only were they out of most of their bagels but they also had horrible customer service skills. I ordered a toasted cinnamon raisin bagel with chive cream cheese (my fourth choice overall since all the other bagels I wanted were out) & a large French vanilla latte with sugar and whipped cream. When I placed my order, the cashier looked at me as if I I had two heads. I explained it to her a little more slowly as I have a tendency to speak rather fast & thought that was the problem and she seemed to comprehend it.
When she handed me my order, there was no whipped cream on my latter. I told her so and she put it on for me. I walked out with my purchase and sipped the latte to discover that there was also no sugar in it. I went back inside, got glared at, grabbed some sugar packets and left. Once I got back to work and was able to eat my bagel I discovered that not only was it not toasted as I had asked, but they also gave me the wrong type of cream cheese.
This is not the first time this has happened at this location or at other Dunkin Donuts in my area.
