The owner/operator of RCK DESIGNS took my payment to build me a website for my dog kennel and I received nothing at all in return! I paid her and she sent an email asking me to fill out this form to gather info on me on how to build my site to fit my needs. After i sent her the info the1st time she said her computers were hosed up and she never received my info and asked me to fill out the info again!
I sent her the info and followed the directions of sending her titled emails of each of my dogs, sex and age, etc. And didn't get any response from her. So I grew more impatient after a couple of weeks so I emailed her asking her if I was sending the info and stuff right and never heard from her again! I sent numerous emails wanting to know the deal or asking for a refund or to build my site!
I'm a very easy person to get along with and wasn't rude in any of my messages but no one deserves to be robbed like this. I live on a fixed income because I am disabled and I raise and show dogs as a hobby to supplement my income some, I mostly break even but that's why I wanted a site so that I could market my kennel so I could make more money not lose it! It's obvious that her marketing works for her because she gets paid but I don't!
I will run across her at a show one day and I will let everyone there know exactly what she's done to me and other victims of her fraud. She would be better off to pay me back at least then she might restore some honor and not lose potential customers because they would see that she was not shady and that goes a long way with some people, I know it does with me! If anyone out there is considering using her for any type of web design I urge you not to. You will regret it!
