I ordered a hoodie through the Fall Out Boy website in August/early September and continuously called back and always got the same excuse that international delivery takes longer, but each time the amount of time grew and grew from 10 business days all the way to 2 months.
Finally in January I was notified to call Go Merch, so I did and the girl said the package was sent back from being at my local post for too long (I was also unaware that it was there but that's another story?) and she had it in her hand. So I told her to send it to my new address that I just started living in.
Two weeks later I wanted to check on delivery status so I used twitter and asked them to contact me, since then I have talked to a Ben Patterson and a Larissa Fitzgerald who both say my package was never resent and they no longer have the original item or any others like it.
They have said they will let me only get $40 worth of merch in the place of it but as soon as I had picked 2 items (the total came to $55 but I said go ahead and charge it onto the credit card that was used for original purchase) they didn't respond. Now I am afraid they charged the card and are never going to send said items.
