I requested two similar mobile phone batteries. EMTC explained them as unique Panasonic but I acquired universal. One failed following a week and also the minute after 2 weeks. I sent and requested to get a reimbursement however they needed me to deliver the poor batteries to get a substitute. I suppose that since each batteries failed, the alternative could be poor aswell and so I requested to get a reimbursement or to get a telephone discussion (there is no tel quantity for them). Today they're not addressing my emails anymore.
