January I purchased three Panasonic HHR-P104A Cordless Batteries, Item# PCF104, for my three cordless phones.in March all three batteries were not holding a charge. When I complained I was told they were under warranty and to send all three back for an exchange. I sent all three back and paid to ship them.
September all three batteries again would not hold a charge and I complained and was told they were under warranty and to send them back. This time I refused to pay the shipping and sent an email to Paul Godwin explaining that they should pay the shipping this time. He did not respond and I have now purchased batteries from a reliable source.
I do not recommend this company and judging by the large number of complaints I am not alone.
