I ordered (2) replacement batteries for my Panasonic cordless phone. Batteries received promptly but not in original packaging and with dates codes of 05. I emailed EMTC and inquired about whether batteries were new and what date codes meant. EMTC did not respond to either question and simply stated that batteries could be returned within 30 days for complete refund but not including cost of my return shipping. I returned the batteries and got the refund. I suspect batteries were used although I can't confirm that. I would NOT do business with this company.
