Deceptive sales pitch, claiming to have technology that does not exist to find hidden water sources, but wants all water rights

A company called Global Frac LLC, owned by Weston Martinez and David L. Earl, is attempting to lease water rights in South Texas for the purpose of selling landowners groundwater to oil companies. Representative is Javier Gallegos. They claim to have a kind of new technology that can "see underground rivers of water from space". The No such technology exists, according to geologists I spoke with at Texas State University in San Marcos. They claim to know of hidden zones of spring water which run to South Texas all the way from the Rocky Mountains.

This is also impossible according to the geologist I spoke with. They aim to get you to sign over all of your water rights, to the Carrizo and Queen City aquifer, etc, as well as water in ponds on your land. The fact that they lure you in with "Jules Verne" type science, and talk of all the 100 top scientists working on the project, is shameful. They also pay nothing up front, so they can tie up your land for a year or more, preventing other companies from leasing. Very shady operation, according to the folks at Evergreen WCD in Pleasanton Texas. Beware of this Eagle Ford shale water rights scam!
