The complaint is that this is an reoccurring charge that I apparently agreed to when I filled out a form in 08. My charge account varies monthly especially around Christmas time so I really didn't notice this 12/23 charge until today. I called the number listed and spoke with a very rude, sarcastic customer representative named Shannon #497 and was informed I had agreed to it and have been billed since 2008. She refused to let me talk to a supervisor. I called back to the company 1-877-217-4472 and lodged complaint about Shannon #497. Spoke with supervisor Lisa #73 and she refunded me all the charges for 2011 of $98.88 per year. Even though this complaint has been satisfactory resolved, I feel this company is preying on the public to make money on unaware senior citizens who did not understand what they were signing up for, only believing they would get some kind of rebate/refund.
