Today is June 7 and it is still disconnected. I need you help to find out what is the problem. No one at Telconex can give you an answer. They keep saying they are investigating the problem.
My phone service was disconnected on June 1. I paid my bill on May 28. Today, is June 7, and my phone is still disconnected. Telconex says it doesn't know what the problem is but they are investigating. I can not get an answer from no one at the phone company. They keep saying that they are working on it. How can someone phone be disconnected and they don't know how it got disconnected. I believe that they owe Bell South and they have disconnected customers phone and telconex is lying to us about the problem. Please help me.
