Ripped me off of 89.00 by using my son's grade average Ripoff

I can't believe i fell for this who screwed up are these sorry people to use a child's grade average to make money i am so pissed off at them they kept saying oh it will be there nov then they said we are waiting for the plaque it will be christmas and i paid 89.00 by check on june and it is now march 17 and there phone number is disconnected please someone do something to make this right
