Our house was coated Septemeber 2003 by Alvis Spray On Siding of North Georgia, Inc. The paint is cracking and peeling, and did not properly seal as promised. Alvis Spray On Siding of North Georgia, Inc. Refuses to resolve damage to the Gutter Guards and overspray on the roof.
Alvis Spray On Siding of North Georgia, Inc. Is only dealer we can go to because Alvis Alvis Spray On Siding dealers have protected territories. Alvis Spray On Siding only warrants "product failure." (If you talk with them, they really just do not believe the product fails!) They do not warrant poor application by a dealer and all problems, of course, are due to poor application (because their product does not fail). Alvis Spray On Siding does not have a team that will come and fix your home if their is a problem between you and the dealer. They will not even send a a company representative to supervise a repair job that must be done by the same dealer.
My house has been coated twice all over and three times in many areas including all the trim... And we still have "application problems."
