Mastic siding is supposed to have a warranty for 30 years. My siding was installed in 2010 and I have experienced discloration in several areas. I had to send in an example and fill out a lengthy claim form. I have received my damaged siding sample back with their decline letter stating due to external elements the company decline replacing the damage siding. If a company offers a warranty for 30 plus years then I expected them to cover the discloration of barely 2 years on the house. Please DO NOT USE MASTIC SIDING since I chose it thinking it was the premium of siding when now as the consumer I will have to replace the entire house siding with hopefully a better product than MASTIC.
