Sold my paid for on hold item the day before christmas

I purchased an outdoor patio heater and taken care of it about the 23rd because it was so large I informed the revenue worker that I'd choose it-up Christmas event. It was a significant and just existing for somebody near to me and that I was left with nothing to provide. After I got towards the Daytona Beach shop they stated they'd offered it and oh well nothing they might do about this. I had been left awaiting fifteen minutes that they switched off the table in the collection at 6 units left me resting till the supervisor arrived and stated we-don't contain it which means you'll need to get a reimbursement or we are able to obtain a floor-model from another shop on wed these are your alternatives. There is no I am truly sorry this is exactly what occurred or nothing I was surprised at how your workers handle loyal clients. After I pushed why it had been offered after I'd taken care of it also it was place in will-call he wasn't excellent about this and stated since I have did not go with me it had been reasonable game for almost any mixups that may occur now of year. The perspective of the shop isn't one I do want to help and also have been a faithful client although not anymore.
