Visited the Pittsfield FYE (shop # 00600) and noticed a cardboard cutout. I talked using the shop worker to buy one and was informed the ground design was all which was left. I asked about when more could be arriving as my child want this to get a holiday present and was informed these were not receiving anymore in of course if I needed it I ought to because of it today since it was the final one and also the product went quickly. Therefore normally I purchased that one out-of its presentation and covered having a rubberband. Subsequently in December I visit this same-store to create a dvd purchase and discover a container saturated in these same cardboard cutouts. I contact the shop to describe how two was offered them under false pretenses and also to discover easily could easily get a level trade and am informed that there's nothing that may be completed since the purchase has ended per month previous which the purchase worker did nothing wrong as at that time these were not receiving more in and also the only reason-they got mre in at the moment was since holiday was returning. Upon voicing my disatisfaction using their blantant revenue trickery I note this isn't the kind of location I'd wish to accomplish my buying and am informed "That's good." So much for customer support. This compnay clearly seems they are able to do whatever they would like to create a purchase and handle their clients badly. I'll never look here again.
