I placed an order for a Dutchess Taylor Leather coat on April 2. The total amount of the purchase was $78.98. I paid for express shipping. A week after I placed the order I was told DHL could not deliver to a PO Box via email.
After which I began to constantly call and it was hard to get someone at the customer service number.
Finally a week after that a supervisor called me on a Wednesday and said my jacket would be shipped to 2850 W. Grand Blvd. Detroit, MI 48202 (that was on April 21). I have not heard from anyone since then. This whole situation has stressed me out and I now refuse to buy anymore purchases online.
I have been still calling leaving numerous messages and no one bothers to call me back. I just want my money back.
