Ripoff - I am trying to start my own bussiness, thought I would finally get a little help. A 52 yr old women and am feeling pretty stupid ripoff scam Indiana

I was looking for a little help in starting a small bussiness of my own. A friend told me about this place on the Internet. I even wrote that I would also be looking for a loan that I could pay off in time. I sent the check out on 3/28/04. I have been waiting all this time and finally checked the Internet and found this out. At 52 yrs old you would think I would have more smarts that that, but I didn't.
