I ordered a jacket on Oct 4 from Just-leather.com without doing some research on the company first. It said you could pay by money order, wire transfer, western union or cashiers check, I was going to send a wire transfer then received an email telling me they don't except wire transfers. I sent a money order in the amount of $76.98. It was cashed on Nov 8th.
It states on the paper I printed out that as soon as they receive your order it will be packed and ready to ship out as soon as they receive your payment. So I waited a couple of days and never received anything. Thats when I started to call and leave messages and nobody called back. It also states on the phone message all reps are busy but they offer a live chat on line from 9:00am to 5:00pm est monday thru Friday (Which is never up and running and If it is, there is a message "Be back in 5 minutes" Which never happens).
I finally got through to the live chat and was told It was already processed and on the way. I asked if it was coming ups and they said yes, I asked for a tracking number and was told it would be emailed to me. So I gave it a couple more days and still no jacket. I then started to call again and leave messages to find out where the jacket was and still no answers.
On Nov 15th a man by the name Matthew Sherman calls and tells me there was a problem with the tracking number and he is trying to fix it with ups and If they could not fix it by 5:00pm a new jacket would be shipped out and I should receive it in 3 days. It is now Novermber 30th and still no coat. They got there money but I never received the jacket. This place needs to be shut down and I think the authorities in New Jersey need to be notified that there is a scam going on. This place makes New Jersey look bad.
