Won't refund money to credit card - Still Waiting after 3 Months! Ripoff

On 11/14/04, I visted a web site advertising leather jackets. I purchased a Dutchess Taylor Leather Jacket as a christmas gift for my daughter. I entered my credit card in as payment for $68.98. I received the jacket around a week before Christmas. Receiving the jacket seems pretty amazing for this company! The jacket did not fit my daughter, on January 10th, I called the company and spoke to a man that gave me the information (address etc.) so i could seen the jacket back UPS for an exchange. All I needed was a larger size!

After I sent it back, I have been playing the waiting game... The person whom I spoke with said the exchange would take a few weeks. I waited very patiently... Until 3/9/05 to contact them (big mistake). I emailed them and they emailed back within 24 hours. Saying that, "We did sent out the jacket, and it must have been lost in transit, we will resend a brand new package out in the next few business days for you." Of course I never saw any "brand new package"!

So I emailed again 3/23/05, I got a response saying, " this will go out for you in the next 2-3 days." And once again I never saw a package! So I send another email 3/31/05, I said that I wanted them to refund my credit card, if I can't receive my jacket. I received no response to this request! Then I found this web site...

I emailed them again asking for a refund. Still I received no response. I told them that I was going to call my credit card company and let them know that I have not received the merchindise. So I did. As I am sure Mr Sherman is well aware (from reading all the other 30 some complaint) I only had 90 days to receive a charge back by the company! However, I did file a complint with them.

That following Saturday, I received a package from Just-Leather with a jacket, Not the one I ordered. I ordered a Dutchess Taylor size ex large. The one I received was not even close to what I ordered.

So I emailed yet again. I let them know that after 3 months of waiting... I received the wrong jacket. I told him that on Monday, I was promptly sending it back to them. Which I did. I also told them that, "At this point, I no longer want a replacement. I want a full refund of what I paid including shipping. I have now paid for shipping 3 times. Please respond by 4/15/05, Or I would follow the examples of many of your other dissatisfied customers on usacomplaints.com.

So here I am. My next step is the IFCC and NJ Attorney General's Office. What the heck I think I will even go to the office of Consumer Protection. I won't give up! I will tell everyone I know about Just-leather.com. Lies... Lies...
