A driver employed by City Concrete, Inc. Drove through the alley behind our house and in the process hit a dumpster located in the alley pushing it into our wooden fence and sestroying two fence panels and snapping one of the poles holding the fence up. I called the company to complain and I was directed to Mr. Tim Foley. Mr. Foley was abusive and rude, he denied any responsibility and basically called me a liar. I called the city and asked if there was any recourse and they said that they would see if there was anything that they could do to help. Later that day, Mr. Foley called again but still refused to admit any responsibilty or offer any help whatsoever. I called the City Concrete Company again and asked to speak to Mr. Foley's supervisor but was told that he was out and would call me when he got in, I am still waiting.
