I have been with Paytrust since the inception of the company; 1999. They were good, however, they have been bought out and now the service is poor. THEY made a mistake and paid a mortgage payment (not even my correct mortgage payment), and were extremely difficult to get a hold of to correct the issue. I was reasonable as I thought they simply made a mistake and would be happy to correct it. That couldn't be further from the truth!!! They were rude and insistent I owed THEM some more money. I asked how I could possibly owe them money for monies taken out of my account that should be returned for their mistake. They used mafia style tactics until I paid them even showing all my bank records, finally it was resolved with getting the banking commissioner involved and the monies returned. No apologies, nothing.
I am very much an advocate for comsumers, thus I am forewarning everyone who may consider paytrust online bill pay-DON'T DO IT!
