Microwave Return Required Plus Extra Fifty Dollars for Price Increase

I ordered a over the range microwave oven from Best Buy. When I went to install it I had found that the bolts for holding it up were defective. I called Best Buy to have a new unit shipped out. They told me I had to return the first one first, then pay an extra fifty dollars because the price went up since I bought the unit 7 days ago.
