Delayed mainenance for Daewoo products in Egypt

I am a dissatisfied customer in Egypt communicating to cusomer service mamager in DAEWOO ELECTRONICS a sereious complaint about one of your products (microwave oven KOG-188H).
Last July. 2010 i decided to buy a high quality microwave. I choosed Daewoo microwave oven among many other cheep brands thinking that i was choosing product of high quality. Quality was meaning for me, durable, Reliable product, lower rate of failure and good after sales services. I did purchased one unit of microwave ovens model KOG-188H, serial #45260030. Last september my unit was producing strong smoking smell. I contacted the local maintenance service"Hi-Tech". They replaced a defective microwave cell and returned the unit back to me after 10 days. That was strange for me to have a major part of any microwave unit failed just two months of start using! Last May a great noise was heared from the oven. Here i am giving examples for the bad post sales service level in Egypt for your products. When i contacted the local maintenance agent to solve the problem of noise in my unit, they sent and transfered the unit to their workshop, then they claimed that no up normal noise could be detected. The maintenance responsible strangely asked my wife to go hereself to their workshop to assure thatthe oven is free from any noise. My wife refused to do the visit. She told that it is your responsibility to assure that your equipment is working in standard conditions. After additional one week our unit was not repaired yet we called the service center in cairo commenting the delayed service we received from the nearest maintenance agent. Following that the maintenance agent sent us our unit. It was surperising for me and even for the shipping man that a clear and loud noise is emerging from the unit. The shipping man made a phone call to one of theskilled maintenance men who came quaickly to our home and discovered that the back fan was not installed correctly. He corrected the situation and left. One month later in july a third failure happened to our oven (Now the oven is not heating at all). When we contacted the maintenance agency they took the unit, two weeks later they told us that the unit needs a micrwave cell! I was astonished, did they installed a low grade microwave cell to my oven when it was firstly failed in september? Or was it an original cell but it was wrongly installed? Or microwave cells in Daewoo ovens are of short lifetime compared to other brands?
Anyway the local maintenance agency told us in August that they are going to replace our oven by a new unit. Till now we did not receive any thing. My expectation is to receive a replacement formy defected microwave oven of the same brand or more modern brand within two weeks maximum with a reasonable apology for the time i lost in communication with a non skilled maintenance people and for the total time i spent without a working microwave oven in my home (11 weeks).
