Ripoff placed charges on my phone bill that I did not approve and will not give me a credit for this californa

In Dec charges were placed on my phone bill without asking me. When I seen the charges I asked them to be credited to my local phone company. This has not happened yet, and I have spoken with this company serval times. I have been lied to many times.
