I recently received my phone bill from my local telephone company and the bill was higher than normal.
Upon checking the charges, I found a charge for INTEGREL INC Email discount. I went to my phone company and asked about the charges. They instructed me to call the number on the bill from my home phone number and inquire about the charge.
I called the 800 number and was sent to a customer service rep. Prior to answering my questions regarding their services and charges, she asked me personal information that I did not give.
I informed the rep that I had never heard of Integer inc and had not authorized billing to my phone bill for their company. She insisted that I had on March 14th. This is my May phone bill. I told her that I had not ordered this service and was not inclined to pay for the charges. She stated that she would cancel my service to them while trying to convince me to go their website to get information on the benefits of joining. I told her that I would not and to please cancel because I refused to pay the fee. I needed a number from theeir company to take to the phone company so that they could credit my phone bill.
I have yet to receive a number although I did receive an email cancelling their service. So please read your bill carefully and dispute their charges. I know I did not sign up for this service. I don't respond or open emails from people I don't know even if they offer gift cards or money! Be careful.
