To whom this may concern:
My mom recently visited Rieken's in Evansville IN and asked for my brothers to get fitted for shoes to play varsity tennis. She wanted to get them true tennis shoes that would last and not blister their feet. The salesman sold her two pairs of $100 New Balance shoes and after only a week or two of wear, one pair already has a hole. My mom went back to your store with her receipt to she if she could get a refund or an exchange and all that was offered to her was 20% off another pair of shoes. The man said that the salesman was inexperienced and sold her running shoes. My mom was very specific in asking for tennis playing shoes. If Riekens sold her running shoes instead of tennis shoes, then they need to make it right with a refund or an exchange. I am extremely disappointed in their customer service!!
