I listed tickets with StubHub as tickets in my possession. StubHub sold the tickets as electronic PDF. StubHub ignored my emails explaining this and then instructed me to FedEx the tickets when there wasn't time left to do so. I informed StubHub of this but StubHub did not get back to me once again. Then StubHub charged my credit card without my authorization for their error. Now StubHub refuses to correct their error and issue me the credit i am due
