Disgusting behavior, want a refund

I hired these florists for my wedding and was beyond upset at the service I received. They turned up late causing so much stress and didn't even apologize. They didn't bring the flowers requested they had just swapped them out for something else. They were so expensive, and so in the wrong, and yet they were so rude.
