Please do not use this website for your wedding flowers!
I ordered my flowers in January and my wedding was in August. However, I never received them. I sent over 25 emails trying to get my questions answered. I called many times but only once was I able to talk to Susan. She was rude to me, however - and it was a waste of my time.
I was charged for everything even though I did not receive them. I emailed her twice asking her for money back but she replied saying that I had cancled my order. However, I had never canceled my order. I received an email two week before the wedding saying that they would be shipped that weekend. I never go them. Now she is saying I have in store credit but will not get my money back. What good does in store credit at a wedding bouquet store do for me a month after my wedding!? This compnay is a rip off. No bride to be deserves this stress. Susan should be ashamed of herself!
