I purchased the ultimate chopper a few months ago. For things like making dips and doing small chopping jobs. However, I misplaced my blade after cleaning and I emailed the company requesting to buy a replacement blade. The company emailed me back stating that they don't sell individual parts and I would have to repurchase the machine for $59.99. I emailed them once again stating how ridiculous this was and the company replied with the same response. I plan to contact the better business bureau because I have a useless machine taking up space on my kitchen counter.
