Via telephone "ultimate chopper" i am very ill over as
It made my account overdrawn 160.00 & wondered why!
A lil 100.00 can make a difference to a single parents home!!!
I know related to purchase of ultimate chopper - had several Telephone calls after purchase & every time told them I don't want anything!!! And to take me off list & yelled even To the last 5th call in the same month.
Charges $96.00 2/26/03 (i purchased chopper back in dec & don't Understand how they are getting away with this & use my info Unauthorized or for calling purposes)
I signed nothing to participate in anything when ordered
The chopper-period.
3-9-03 i called bank immediately & filed a claim-
3-10-03 i called first thing this monday & first rep wants me to confirm mailing address, hell they have my info on file & credit card what the hell do i need to give them any info but my name & zip which i did, then asked for supervisor, owner, manager anyone
But the incompetent rep. On hold 5 mins. And then disconnected How convenient.
Called again, and another rep claude #68114 - again the info And how can they work for a company ripping people off across The usa. Demanding again upper management, he said he could assist. Requested again address & got which who knows if good 9500 w dodge road, omaha, ne 68114. After again saying even If a measly 50-100 bucks this mwi business practices are illegal And something will be done. He wanted me to confirm my Address and i laughed - you have all my info, hell you have my
Credit card & have no damn idea of how you have.
Im theresa In van nuys, ca 91406 - that's all you need you should have info there!!! I refused to give them info they claim to have - told him over and over to read and i will say yes or no - finally he wow suddenly sees my info.
Mr. Claude claims a credit will be issued. That remains to be Seen but i filed thru bank already.
Whatever your doing - include me! These people disgust me.
