My wife and I bought an Ultimate Chopper during Christmas of last year. This fall the blade shattered on it while she was making apple sauce. You have to realize the chopper comes with a lifetime guarantee should the blade ever fail. I called the customer service number, gave my information and was told the blades were on back order. I was further told that the blades should arrive in two weeks time and mine would be shipped out then. This was September 10.
Over the last couple of months I have phoned and emailed them on several occasions only to get different stories. After the third call I decided email would give me a hard copy to refer to. This is just a quick synopsis of the entire ordeal we suffered at their hands.
