Ripoff unethical practices and you should be ashamed of yourselves!

You also seem to have several class action suits pending against you.

You seem to have some issues. I will elaborate:

You have charged my husband:
$65.50 and $4.50 on two separate transactions without our permission after the account was cancelled. You seem to have no record that it was cancelled.

I caught the transactions prior to the arrival of the shipment and sent it back unopened and untampered with. Your customer service people have told me that due to the Homeland Security Act that you cannot receive packages returned to you and will issue no credit to my account. This is incorrect, misleading, and unethical.in other words this is FRAUD.

I have contacted my Atty. General, the Atty. General of Ohio as well as my congressman, Dennis Moore.

I hope that this will encourage you not only to return the monies that were charged to my husband's account but also other's monies as well.

If your product is any good you do not need to use these unethical practices and you should be ashamed of yourselves!
