Same as everyone else... Free trial (4.50 s & h). Charged my debit card 74.50 (On the same day). The free trial was due to run out in 12 days. Found out they charged my card for 2 months worth, conveniently sent out on 4/20/04 when I had cancelled on 4/21/04. They would have said they mailed that shipment out no matter what day I cancelled.
Once the shipment is sent there are NO and I mean NO refunds. They are very adimant about that. It is all so crooked. I've contacted the BBB in Cinncinati and filed a complaint. They have over 500 complaints already received on this company for the same thing. Why are they still allowed to be in business?
