I have shopped at Hollister multiple times in the past. I was very excited today, July 25, to see that there was a lot of clearance. I picked out an entire outfit and was very excited to buy it. When I went to check out I found out that only one item was actually on clearance. I explained to the cashier I understand that customers can misplace items sometimes, but the jeans were folded and sized so it was obviously an employee. I know this can be an awkward situation, but I wish the employees had tried a little to compensate for what was obviously their mistake.
