I love (ed) Hollister! But when I ordered a pair of jeans, and perfume they were both on back stock! I understand the hole back stock thing, but they never sent me an email on when I would get my items! It has been 2 weeks now, and still no items. I've tried to contact them on the phone and email. NO ONE will answer nor reply. I sat on hold for 25 minutes till I finally hung up. I'm so sick of this, and NOT happy. I will never order anything from Hollister again. Please save your time & money and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.
