I was banned also, I only bought $100 worth of items, they only quoted a resale policy and being "prestigious"
This is my FIRST account with Hollister and first time to ever buy from them, they were having a clearance and I only purchased 15 items - I can only imagine that its because a few of those items i bought 2 (which is in their max allowed) in multiple colors
If I went to the store they would not do this to me
