I ordered flowers for Mother's Day the Monday before and wanted them delivered Friday. FTD never shipped them and never told me. I called on Saturday to find out what happened and they said they could deliver them on Tuesday AFTER Mother's Day. The conversation was difficult because the rep barely spoke or understood English. She refused to give me a discount on the overnight shipping that I paid for and kept repeating the same thing over and over. I have been so frustrated or angry dealing with Customer Service. I can't believe that this could be considered acceptable. I ended up canceling my order and ordered from a competitor.
