I bought a mattress—I-comfort a Temper-pedic rip-off by Serta. The mattress supposedly had a 20 year warranty on it and the store claimed to have a 90-day return guarantee. When the mattress degraded after only 2 1/2 months, I complained to the store. The owner came to my house. I showed him how the mattress collapsed when I sat on the edge. He claimed it was my bed-frame, in spite of the fact that I demonstrated that it was the mattress several times. As I had not received a printed copy of either the guarantee or the warranty, he refused to acknowlege the severe degradation of the mattress. For 1,300 plus dollars, my Serta should have lasted more than the less than three months that it did. Beware this business. Its guarantees/warrantees are written on thin air and are exactly worth NOTHING!
