When the dealer who sold me my mattress refused to honor the supposed "20-year" warranty after the mattress began to sag after only a couple of months I contacted Serta online. They refused to discuss the warranty, stating that I had to handle it through my local dealer. Avoid all Serta products. The iComfort Genius I got was supposed to last and was supposed to be as good as Temperpedic mattresses. If this is true—AVOID BUYING TEMPERPEDIC! You will spend thousands of dollars for a piece of crap! It is easy to give out a 20-year warranty if you have no intention of honoring it! The store gave me a 90-day guarantee, too, which they also refused to honor.
