Hello, I have been trying to get a new Serta Lonewood II "Pillowtop" mattress exchanged for months! I bought on=line last May and called Sears inside of 1 week after it was delivered. There is nothing wrong with the mattress that I know of except it is to hard and the so-called pillowtop is too thin to do any good. I am tired of the round=around from the mattress warranty people - they do not listen. David in Florida 8142219525
